    Pam, a seasoned professional with over two decades of dedicated service, boasts a rich background in Administrative and Executive Support, coupled with nine years of invaluable Human Resources experience. Making sure clients feel supported and valued are her goals!

    Raised in Texas, Pam enjoys indulging in her hobbies of golf, music, and motorsports. You will sometimes find her rewatching her favorite movie Breakfast Club(!) and yes, she knows all the words.

    Hi! I'm Rachel, Niki's awesome sister. I am from Memphis but currently live in Michigan with my husband and our four dogs.

    I have a B.A. in History from the University of Memphis and a professional background in social media management and event coordination. I also spent several years teaching at Lichterman Nature Center and have been bartending for close to 15 years. I make a mean Old Fashioned.

    I am a freelance writer who stumbled into the finance industry years ago and hasn’t looked back since.

    My favorite things include plants, sushi, Beyonce, my cats and dog, the beach and reading a good book (order of importance depends on the day). When I'm not writing, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling and cooking with my husband.

Why the smiley face?

Growing up, my father would always sign his notes from him with a smiley face. Anyone who has ever received a letter from him will have seen this smiley face.

My sister and I love it so much, we each have a tattoo of the smile.

Also, I am a child of the 80s with a heart in the 90s. Smiley faces are a part of my core being.
